A wedding is supposed to be one of the happiest times in the life of a couple, right? Well, Rebecca and George certainly took that old adage to new heights. Judging by the constant laughter, smiles and the sheer playfulness this couple demonstrated throughout the day, you would think that at some point they would have tired of all the fun. But no….this delightful couple, their families and friends, kept the spirit of the day going on and on. Haywood Hall in downtown Raleigh was the scene. My second shooter, Amanda Olsen, and I captured the moments. I hope you enjoy just a few of the hundreds of images from the day.

Saturday, June 2nd was an awesome day! Megan & Micah exchanged their vows at the Sheraton hotel in downtown Raleigh. Cool temperatures plus the coolest couple made for a perfect day! Speaking of cool, there was ice cream on hand during the reception, served up by the good folks at Cold Stone! Delicious!

It was an honor and joy for me to be able to spend the day with Megan and Micah and all their friends and family. Even though I am a “color junkie”, I decided to convert many of the photos to black and white for this wedding. I like the look. I hope you do too!
